1. TCPA Communications & Auto-Dialing Consent
By submitting your phone number or email address on this website, you expressly provide your 1-to-1 prior express written consent pursuant to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA, 47 U.S.C. § 227) and applicable state telemarketing laws to receive automated marketing calls, prerecorded voice messages, AI-generated voice calls, and SMS/MMS text messages from BEF Pressure Washing LLC ("Company") at the phone number provided.
- You acknowledge that consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- You agree that communications may be transmitted using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS), automatic texting system, or artificial intelligence voice system.
- Standard message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message, calling (330) 556-3608, or emailing info@befpressurewashing.com.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We reserve dedicated crew time for each scheduled project. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service appointment.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment may be subject to a $50 late-cancellation fee to cover crew mobilization costs.
- Severe Weather Exception: In the event of severe rain, lightning, or high winds, BEF Pressure Washing reserves the right to reschedule services for the safety of personnel and your property. No cancellation fee applies for weather rescheduling.
3. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Terms
BEF Pressure Washing stands behind the quality of our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your service, you must notify us within 48 hours of completion.
- Re-Clean Opportunity: Company will re-clean any unsatisfactory areas free of charge within 5 business days of notification.
- Refund Conditions: Refunds are considered strictly on a case-by-case basis only after Company has been granted the opportunity to inspect and re-clean the property. Labor costs for completed services are non-refundable once approved by customer upon walkthrough.
4. Property Preparation & Liability Limitations
Customer agrees to provide working exterior water spigot connections (with standard municipal water pressure) and access to property surfaces during the service period.
- Customer must close all windows, doors, and remove outdoor furniture/fragile items prior to crew arrival.
- Company is not liable for pre-existing structural decay, loose vinyl siding, unsealed windows, dry-rotted wood, or oxidized paint prior to pressure washing.
- Company carries full Commercial General Liability Insurance to protect your property against accidental damage caused directly by crew negligence.
